  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communication Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for the GM, screening calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all meeting materials are prepared in advance and follow up on action items as required.

  • Office Management
  • Maintain and organize the GM’s office, including filing systems and office supplies.
  • Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the GM.
  • Support the GM in maintaining and fostering key relationships with stakeholders.



Requirements

  • Open for all nationalities
  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
