- Administrative Support
- Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communication Management
- Act as the first point of contact for the GM, screening calls, emails, and visitors.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Meeting Coordination
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all meeting materials are prepared in advance and follow up on action items as required.
- Office Management
- Maintain and organize the GM’s office, including filing systems and office supplies.
- Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the GM.
- Support the GM in maintaining and fostering key relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Open for all nationalities
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 5-10 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
