Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on prescriptions, needs, and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and lens coatings.
  • Explain the distinctions among various lenses and frames, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to eyewear products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets for spectacles and contact lenses.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an optical setting.
  • Possession of an optical diploma.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must hold a valid Optician license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
