Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
• Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
• Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
• Mitigate risks as defined in the project plan.
• Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain stakeholder commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP project implementation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial role, leading teams on complex SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation; experience with ERP systems like Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong business and consulting acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of Organizational Spin-offs: Lead and manage the strategic execution of organizational spin-offs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines for spin-off initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful completion of spin-off projects.

Develop and implement integration strategies, ensuring a seamless transition and maximization of synergies.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on due diligence findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on organizational spin-offs, M&A, and due diligence.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in similar domains.
