The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in similar domains and possess strong skills in ensuring seamless execution and coordination.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the execution of organizational spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in similar domains and possess strong skills in ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Organizational Spin-offs: Lead and manage the strategic execution of organizational spin-offs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines for spin-off initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful completion of spin-off projects.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and implement integration strategies, ensuring a seamless transition and maximization of synergies.
- Due Diligence Processes: Oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on due diligence findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on organizational spin-offs, M&A, and due diligence.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in similar domains.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
