About the Job: We are seeking a talented Project Management Specialist to lead the Discover Saudi Operations unit. This role focuses on maintaining our esteemed reputation while growing the business and increasing market share. You will be responsible for establishing systems that ensure consistent service delivery across our various locations in the kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operating performance of the Operations unit, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with the COE team for procurement and supply chain management related to operations.
• Pursue productivity improvements in operations to enhance employee performance and control costs.
• Ensure optimal service delivery enhancing our market image, including safety compliance.
• Establish relationships with local authorities and suppliers to support large projects and maintain competitive advantages.
• Engage in the promotion of Saudi Arabia and our services to potential clients and media.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 10 years in the travel or leisure industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of Destination Management Company operations.
• Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with outstanding communication abilities.
