This role is critical in enhancing our reputation, driving awareness, and building meaningful connections with our audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement public relations campaigns to support the resort’s goals.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for positive coverage.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
- Act as the spokesperson and manage media inquiries and crisis communications.
- Plan and execute media events and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to align PR efforts with brand messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare effectiveness reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends to position the resort as a market leader.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in public relations, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong media contact network and experience with local/international media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker, able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in crisis communication and media training is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
