What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement public relations campaigns to support the resort’s goals.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for positive coverage.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
• Act as the spokesperson and manage media inquiries and crisis communications.
• Plan and execute media events and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to align PR efforts with brand messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare effectiveness reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position the resort as a market leader.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public relations, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong media contact network and experience with local/international media.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker, able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in crisis communication and media training is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
