Goals and Objectives:
- Optimize procurement processes to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, addressing issues and resolving disputes.
  • Monitor market trends and supply chain risks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment processes.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits.
  • Prepare procurement-related dashboards using MS Excel.
