Join KAV Technical Trading as a Local Purchase Executive!
We are a leading supplier of industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery in Riyadh, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and procure a wide range of industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery from local vendors within the Riyadh region.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders.
• Process and maintain accurate purchase order documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Support sales activities by providing information on product availability and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in local purchasing, preferably within the Riyadh region.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating with local vendors.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
