A major company working in the field of advertising announces its need to hire a purchasing manager with extensive experience in contracting and the construction of large advertising boards. The applicant will be responsible for preparing and implementing purchasing plans and ensuring the provision of materials and equipment necessary for projects according to the specified timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate preparation of purchasing plans according to project requirements.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Code is required.
  • Managing purchasing processes and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitoring material delivery processes and ensuring adherence to required specifications.
  • Preparing periodic reports on purchasing operations and reviewing contracts and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Experience of no less than (3 years) in contracting and exhibitions. Must have experience with materials used in the contracting field (reinforcement steel and all its types + concrete slabs and wood).
  • Strong relationships with suppliers in the market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports and organize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in using purchasing management programs and computers.
