Join our team at SAMI Airbus! We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement team within the Procurement and Supply Chain organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring our procurement processes align with business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
- Act as the first reviewer and approver of Purchase Orders.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Supervise new requirement distribution and management.
- Monitor departmental performance through established KPIs.
- Guide and provide internal consultancy to procurement team members.
- Ensure physical presence of procurement team in project locations.
- Propose and review supplier contracts.
- Ensure thorough prospection of Saudi Arabian supplier database for project execution.
Job Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience within the Aerospace Industry in the Procurement field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related fields preferred.
- Very high level of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Knowledge of ORACLE ERP system.
Skills:
- Understanding of procurement processes and aerospace industry standards (MRO Industry).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Exhibit high ethical standards.
