Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Procurement Manager to lead and direct all procurement functions for small to medium-sized projects, both domestically and internationally. This role is central to ensuring efficient purchasing and supplier management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Foster and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Provide procurement status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks associated with procurement and supply chain disruptions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in procurement management for large-scale projects.
• Expertise in supply chain optimization and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing procurement budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
