Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement quality management guides and templates, applying standards and specifications for quality.
  • Conduct studies to analyze customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop quality auditing systems, procedures, and templates.
  • Prepare, document, and analyze specialized quality-related reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management.
  • Advanced skills in design, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.
