We have a vacancy under the title (Guest Relations Specialist) that will undertake the following tasks:

• Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information related to the mall (such as store locations, events, and available services).

• Resolving basic customer issues such as lost and found, providing guidance, or handling minor complaints while escalating complex issues to the supervisor.

• Maintaining a positive interaction with visitors through clear communication, assistance, and problem-solving skills.

• Documenting details of visitor interactions and feedback by recording comments and notes.

• Assisting in collecting data and updating frequently asked questions based on visitor inquiries.

• Adhering to the procedures and protocols established in the mall to ensure a consistent experience for visitors.

• Completing assigned tasks on time and to a high standard, as directed by the customer service supervisor or other team members.
