Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Coordination:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism.
- Manage reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Reception team for seamless task transitions.
- Client Service:
- Address inquiries and assist with appointments.
- Act as a liaison ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare internal and external communications.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and administration tasks.
- Problem Solving:
- Display creativity and proactive thinking in addressing unexpected situations.
- IT Support:
- Issue guest Wi-Fi access and assist with basic IT troubleshooting.
- Office Access:
- Monitor office access and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Meeting Room Booking:
- Manage booking processes and ensure accurate setups.
- Courier Management:
- Manage courier accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Soft Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and flexible goal orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of video conferencing tools is a plus.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years in a corporate reception position.
- Experience in financial services or management consultancy preferred.
