  • Customer Reception: Greet and welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide initial consultation services.
  • Issue Registration: Record the problems and faults of customer devices and enter the relevant information into the system.
  • Service Appointment: Arrange repair service appointments according to customer needs, ensuring that repair technicians can work in an orderly manner.
  • Device Inspection: Conduct an initial inspection of customer devices to determine the basic issues and provide preliminary solution suggestions.
  • Information Communication: Accurately communicate customer issues and needs to repair technicians and maintain communication with customers to update them on repair progress.
  • Fee Settlement: Explain repair costs and related policies to customers, and handle payment and settlement matters.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support and service information, answer customer inquiries, and handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Record Management: Maintain and manage customer repair records and files to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Parts Management: Assist in managing and allocating repair parts to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction, strive to improve service quality, and ensure customers are satisfied with the after-sales service.
