Purpose of the Job:

Warmly welcome guests and provide excellent customer service, manage restaurant reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Receive table reservations via phone, online, or in person, organize and confirm them.
• Efficiently and swiftly guide guests to their designated tables.
• Provide information about the menu, special offers, and any other information that guests may need.
• Handle guests' complaints courteously and professionally, finding appropriate solutions.
• Manage the waiting list efficiently, accurately estimate wait times, and inform guests of updates.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Collaborate with other team members (waiters, chefs, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective service.
• Answer phone calls professionally and provide the requested information.
• Bid farewell to guests upon their departure, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use basic computer programs.
• Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.
• Ability to work in different shifts.
