We would like to hire a receptionist at the National Health Insurance Center in Riyadh

Working hours: 9 hours

Number of working days: 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday

Annual leave: 21 days

Gross salary: 5000 Riyals

Job Title: Receptionist at a Sushi Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming Customers: Greet guests with a warm smile and create a welcoming atmosphere from the first moment.
• Processing Orders Professionally: Accurately receive customer orders and ensure they are delivered to the kitchen efficiently.
• Monitoring Delivery Time: Continuously coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders without delay.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Monitor the customer experience and respond quickly to any needs or inquiries.
• Managing the Reservation System: Organize reservations and oversee the seating schedule to ensure a smooth flow for customers.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with the service and kitchen teams to ensure all special requests are met.
• Handling Complaints Professionally: Deal with any issues or complaints calmly and resolve them quickly.
• Maintaining Cleanliness in the Reception Area: Ensure that the reception area is always tidy and appealing to customers.
• Enhancing Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the menu and ingredients to provide recommendations to customers when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in orders and delivery times.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Appearance and Behavior: Maintain a neat appearance and a positive demeanor that reflects the restaurant's identity.
• Knowledge of Sushi and Japanese Cuisine: To enrich the customer experience with information when needed.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Handle challenges and difficult situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English or Other Languages: An added advantage for communicating with international customers.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service: Experience is preferred to enhance job performance.
