In this role, you will play a crucial part in meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates in Saudi Arabia. Your main responsibilities will include managing the full recruiting life cycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods to build a robust pipeline.
  • Screening candidates through resume review and phone screenings.
  • Managing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Facilitating the offer process in alignment with business and HR strategies.
  • Staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.
  • Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process for a seamless experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT and sales hiring in Saudi Arabia / MEA / EMEA.
  • Ability to make independent decisions while collaborating effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven relationship management skills with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and screening methods.
  • Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
