- Full-Cycle Recruitment:

- Candidate Experience:

- Communicate regularly with candidates to manage expectations.
- Employer Branding and Market Intelligence:

Qualifications:

- 13+ years of experience in executive recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in ATS and executive search platforms.
