We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to initiate and direct our organization’s talent acquisition strategy. This critical role requires a dynamic individual who is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent to help propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Work with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
  • Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Enhance our employer branding to attract top-notch talent.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to formulate effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in recruiting for various roles, ideally in the construction or project management sectors.
  • Proficient in ATS and HR systems.
  • Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
