Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Work with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Enhance our employer branding to attract top-notch talent.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to formulate effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience in recruiting for various roles, ideally in the construction or project management sectors.
- Proficient in ATS and HR systems.
- Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
