Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for open positions, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers with the highest professionalism.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on attracting diverse candidates.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and assessments.
- Offer Process & Negotiation: Lead the offer stage and ensure smooth salary negotiations.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize the recruitment process regularly.
- Applicant Tracking & Reporting: Utilize the ATS to manage data and track candidate status.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Engage in recruitment efforts to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates at all stages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in gaming or esports.
- Experience with international recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to change and cultural fit.
