The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Qiddiya, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent from around the globe to design, build, and operate this extraordinary city. You will be a key ambassador of our culture, showcasing Qiddiya as an employer of choice while fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Use innovative headhunting strategies and recruitment methods to identify top-tier talent across various disciplines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business needs
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring clear communication and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process

Requirements
  • Experience: 26 years of proven success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles
  • Headhunting Expertise: Skilled in sourcing candidates through direct approaches and creative attraction methods
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship Building: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels, nationalities, and functions
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Cultural Fit: A vibrant personality and enthusiasm to be an 'Ambassador of Play,' embracing Qiddiya's core values and vision
