Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Use innovative headhunting strategies and recruitment methods to identify top-tier talent across various disciplines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business needs
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring clear communication and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Experience: 26 years of proven success in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles
- Headhunting Expertise: Skilled in sourcing candidates through direct approaches and creative attraction methods
- Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship Building: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels, nationalities, and functions
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Cultural Fit: A vibrant personality and enthusiasm to be an 'Ambassador of Play,' embracing Qiddiya's core values and vision
