Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to meet recruitment goals and attract top talent.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Implement new ideas to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experiences.
- Engage in market research to stay updated on salary trends and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Egis policies and maintain high-quality candidate relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
