Sales Manager

A sales manager is required in the F&B field with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, possessing high leadership skills and the ability to achieve sales targets. He/She will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sustainable growth. Main tasks: • Developing and implementing monthly and annual sales plans • Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve the targets • Analyzing market data and providing periodic reports • Building and developing relationships with key clients • Identifying new marketing opportunities and developing sales channels • Monitoring competitor performance and analyzing market trends • Preparing commercial offers and negotiating with clients.
