Join Lutron Middle East as a Sales Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to be part of our team at Lutron, a leading manufacturer of lighting controls worldwide. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Director and other senior leadership teams to develop strategies that position our company as a leader in lighting control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales, marketing, and account management/technical support teams, encouraging a team-based culture.
  • Proactively engage existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and implement innovative sales plans in agreement with the Director.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define positioning strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and enhance user acquisition.
  • Monitor sales and support processes, ensuring quality technical support.
  • Analyze competitive threats and propose actionable solutions.
  • Provide monthly financial results, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi National - Mandatory requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiating abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in electronic/hospitality projects or related fields
  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (native) and English.
