- Developing a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan with partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Leading the Partner Business Plans driven by measurable metrics.
- Managing the partner pipeline, optimizing lead generation campaigns, and tracking effectiveness.
- Driving partner enablement and addressing capability gaps.
- Building and nurturing key Partner relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven track record in Partner-Led sales.
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience as a Partner Manager or Director.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications:
- Saudi National - Mandatory requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA or equivalent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven influencing and negotiating abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in electronic/hospitality projects or related fields
- Willingness to travel internationally
