Join Siemens as an Area Sales Manager! You will play a key role in leading and implementing the sales strategy and targets in the KSA Oil & Gas and infrastructure market for the Electrification and Automation business unit.

- Implement sales guidelines and set targets for the sales organization.
- Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy.
- Manage budgets and regular sales reporting.
- Define and allocate resources to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management.
- Drive customer focus within the organization.
- Support strategic key customers' business development.
- Lead and coordinate dedicated management and staff.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in power electric.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of MV Systems, MV Switchgears, and related standards.
- Experience in sales process and CRM Salesforce.
- Good communication and self-motivated with business orientation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
