About the Role:
The Partner Sales Manager will focus on achieving Partner-led revenue goals and driving high-margin partner sales. This is a quota-carrying role that will interface strategically between ARIS, partners, and targeted customers. Responsibilities include:

• Developing a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan with partners to achieve revenue targets.
• Leading the Partner Business Plans driven by measurable metrics.

• Driving partner enablement and addressing capability gaps.
• Building and nurturing key Partner relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record in Partner-Led sales.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partners and achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience as a Partner Manager or Director.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to manage accounts and operations with our partners in the Kingdom and the region. As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Promote and sell CMI products, including international connectivity, IP transit, Cloud, IoT, ICT, and 5G solutions.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities in your assigned region.
• Coordinate reviews of documents such as agreements, MoUs, RFPs, and order forms.
• Work with units, regions, and HQ for pricing, solution, and technical information as part of the pre-sales process.
• Initiate and follow up on the workflow for new and renewal orders.
• Collaborate with the UAE team and MENA regional office to maximize business performance and achieve sales targets.
• Compile sales performance reports for management review regularly or upon request.

Job Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in a related area.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in carrier sales within the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge: International connectivity, IP transit, Cloud, IoT, ICT, and 5G solutions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Projects.
• Characteristics: Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (native) and English.
