Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Provide regular sales progress reports to senior management.
  • Handle key client accounts and complex negotiations personally.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 35 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales.
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
