Responsibilities:
- Define the sales strategy and roadmap of product/service lines in the assigned country/region.
- Establish sales budgets and targets, cascading them to the team.
- Grow the reference customer base with a focus on acquiring new logos.
- Manage the complete sales life cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market research to specify market requirements for current and future products/services, supported by ongoing customer visits.
- Lead vendor relations in alignment with company management and strategy.
- Assist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing activities.
- Promote the company and its product line within the region.
- Utilize sales management systems for output efficiency and standardization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant sales experience selling Microsoft Platform technology or Data platforms.
- Proven achievement against sales targets with a successful track record in sales within the IT industry.
- Experience selling Microsoft Platform technology/Data platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent account and relationship management skills.
- Ability to map company offerings against customer needs and identify new opportunities within accounts.
- Understanding of the importance of account plans to drive success while ensuring compliance from a process, legal, and revenue recognition standpoint.
