The job description for a Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Representative Job Title: SaaS Sales Representative Location: Remote work or at the company's headquarters as needed Job Objective: The SaaS Sales Representative aims to increase the customer base and achieve sales targets by showcasing and selling subscriptions to institutions and individuals in the targeted sectors. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieving sales goals: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals through promoting and selling subscriptions. Developing innovative sales strategies to expand the customer base. Building relationships with customers: Building strong relationships with current and potential customers. Understanding customer needs and communicating effectively to present appropriate solutions. Communicating with customers: Communicating with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, or field visits. Preparing and presenting demonstrations about the program's features and benefits. Follow-up: Regularly following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and helping them get the most out of the program. Addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Managing accounts and reports: Regularly managing and updating customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and submitting them to management.
