We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to understand and effectively communicate our products' value proposition to diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
• Stay current with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies
