Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Troika Events Production in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing sales activities and conducting training sessions.
  • Overseeing daily sales management tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales or related fields.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the events industry and its trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals for event services such as conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Present tailored proposals to clients and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
