This role is pivotal in developing and executing our sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate sales policies, ensure their implementation, and evaluate outcomes.
- Analyze market developments, set marketing goals, and estimate potential sales volume.
- Propose and execute effective sales techniques and promotional programs.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs, track competitors, and devise strategies to mitigate future risks.
- Assess the sales team’s performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare specialized sales documentation and reports, offering suitable recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising & Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.
Experience:- Minimum of 1 year in a sales role.
Skills:- Strong customer service and research skills.
- Advanced reporting and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent marketing principles understanding and sales activities coordination.
Certifications (Preferred):- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- CIT - Computer Information Technology
- PHRi - Professional in Human Resources - International
- PMI - Project Management Institute Certification
- CAME - PSC - Professional Salesman Certificate
Languages:- Advanced proficiency in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
Work Hours: Evening shifts
Salary Range: 4000 to 6000 SR (subject to change post-interview and contract signing).
