Role: Sales Specialist

What You'll Do:
  • Identify and acquire new accounts while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Be knowledgeable about educational events, their structure, and best practices to effectively pitch and manage client needs.
  • Oversee the execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly from planning to post-event wrap-up.
  • Align with vendors, suppliers, and logistical teams to guarantee seamless event operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding event solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Handle commercial operational tasks including quotations, proposals, budgeting, and tracking project deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Education, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or event management, preferably in the healthcare or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of educational event structures and formats.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ability to supervise event execution, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects align.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
