A leading real estate marketing company is looking for a sales representative (males - Saudis only) to work part-time and contribute to marketing and selling our exclusive projects in Riyadh.

Conditions:

- For Saudis only.

- Strong communication skills and excellent persuasion.

- No experience required (one year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred).

Tasks:

- Marketing and selling exclusive properties (apartments - villas).

- Providing consultations to clients and assisting them in making the right decision.

- Following up with potential clients to ensure achieving the highest sales rates.

- Executing sales operations and successfully closing deals.

- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure an ideal customer experience.

- Preparing presentations for clients and highlighting the competitive advantages of the properties.

Required Skills:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Familiarity with the real estate market and modern trends.

- Experience in sales or customer service is considered an additional advantage.
