Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to follow up and collect necessary documents for loan eligibility checks.
  • Assist clients in submitting loan application documents and ensure smooth processing with banks.
  • Provide updates, answer queries, and guide clients toward finalizing sales.
  • Collaborate with mortgage consultants to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential.

Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking and sales representation; Telesales experience is a plus.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of the mortgage process; familiarity with loan applications and document collection.
Skills: Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
