The Sales Expansion Executive will manage expansion sales requests from existing clients, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities while processing deals efficiently to maximize revenue.

The Sales Expansion Executive will manage expansion sales requests from existing clients, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities while processing deals efficiently to maximize revenue.
What Will You Do?
- Expansion Sales Management:
- Handle incoming sales requests for new branches from existing customers.
- Generate and send accurate quotes aligned with customer needs.
- Track requests and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling Focus:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through outbound activities.
- Recommend additional products to maximize revenue from expansion deals.
- Ensure all quotes include relevant upsell/cross-sell products.
- Sales Process & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of requests in the CRM system.
What Are We Looking For?
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or related fields.
- Experience with sales requests and quote generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
- Strong sales mindset focused on upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of Foodics products is a plus.
