At Accenture Middle East, we are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Tender Monitoring Specialist to enhance our procurement team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for internal and external procurement stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day tender monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver up-to-date certification and management information to relevant government bodies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement contacts for bid submissions.
  • Manage priority tender monitoring activities and resolve any related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Share pertinent tenders with Accenture Sales and Client Account Leads.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Administer service delivery metrics and report to leadership.
  • Guide and coach team members on best practices.
  • Facilitate team meetings for alignment and knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
