As the first point of contact for inquiries, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for individuals navigating the enrollment process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Addressing inquiries and providing accurate, timely information to prospective students.
• Assisting throughout the enrollment process to enhance student experiences.
• Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions status in our admission system.
• Generating reports on recruitment and admissions performance to identify improvement areas.
• Conducting market research to uncover trends and opportunities in student recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in the Education industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
