Your role as a Sales Supervisor will be crucial in achieving these objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.
  • Communicate effectively with retailers to assess and meet their needs.
  • Address retailer queries regarding products, prices, and availability.
  • Monitor performance at points of sale (POS) and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Supervise the sales process, ensuring timely payment and collection of receivables.
  • Conduct store visits to maintain POS performance and stock replenishment.
  • Oversee ordering processes to prevent stock shortages.
  • Support in-store marketing activations and ensure they align with corporate guidelines.
  • Participate in recruitment and training of sales team members.
  • Encourage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor.
  • Background in beauty and FMCG industries.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic.
  • Experience in team management.
