We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced travel retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for international travelers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide product knowledge training and guidance on perfumes and cosmetics to staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in perfumes, cosmetics, or beauty retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
  • Knowledge of perfume and cosmetic products, trends, and brands.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle a fast-paced environment.
