We are looking for a proactive Secretary to ensure smooth operations within Freyssinet Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves managing administrative tasks and supporting our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize schedules for meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are updated.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and project proposals.
  • Coordinate office activities for operational efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience as a Secretary, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
