Join our team as a Secretary!
This role is essential in providing clerical support to our department. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and accurately record all work completed.
  • Distribute outgoing mail and documents.
  • Implement departmental policies and procedures, adhering to local and international standards.
  • Engage in indicator development and data collection to measure departmental performance.
  • Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs, reporting incidents as necessary.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Skills:
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Adaptability, dependability, and integrity.
