Job Description:

Providing all necessary assistance and support to the company’s administrative and executive department by organizing all administrative tasks, in addition to directing and following up the other departments and internal offices of the company. He is also obligated to coordinate and schedule any appointments or commitments related to the management, whether inside or outside the company, such as interviews and meetings, and he has the right to attend all company meetings either accompanying the management or acting on their behalf, and to record any decisions or recommendations resulting from these meetings to be presented to the general manager later.

Job Duties:

  • Organizing appointments for meetings and interviews
  • Organizing and archiving administrative files, documents, and records
  • Receiving and making telephone calls and emails
  • Welcoming guests and organizing the schedule of meetings
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Overall supervision of all departments in the company
  • Following up on the implementation status of any decisions issued by management.
  • Executing any other tasks that may be assigned by management.
  • Confirming travel bookings for departure and return
  • Writing administrative letters to various entities
  • Preparing expense and revenue reports
  • Writing, editing, and printing administrative texts
  • Writing and submitting periodic reports
  • Organizing work within the company and between departments.

Work Hours:

6 working days excluding Friday - 8 hours per day



Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
