Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and support to all clients.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture while presenting and explaining product features.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Organize displays and monitor stock levels to ensure a smoothly operating showroom.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Planning and analytical skills, with market insight.

• Problem-solving skills and decision-making capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the furniture sector).

• Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.

About the Role
At Miro Furniture, our mission is to maximize showroom sales by fully capitalizing on seasons and optimizing the available display space while providing high-level customer service. In this role, you will effectively meet customer expectations and build friendly and professional relationships. You will follow the recommendations of the showroom manager and visual display team to sell the best-selling products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Utilize comprehensive selling techniques and complementary suggestions to maximize the average sale per customer.
• Display best-selling products based on the direction of the showroom manager and visual coordination team.
• Participate in seasonal campaigns and promotions to boost sales volume.

Customer Service

• Provide high-level service to customers and build a friendly and professional relationship.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and effectively resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during and after the purchasing process.

Visual Coordination and Display

• Apply visual coordination and display standards in coordination with the specialized team.
• Continuously update display methods (daily-weekly) in line with selling directions and techniques.

Maximize Selling Opportunities

• Achieve showroom sales targets and implement policies and procedures using comprehensive selling techniques to maximize the sales volume from individual customers through suggesting products that complement the main products sold.

Cleanliness and Overall Appearance

• Adhere to the dress code and maintain personal appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture sector.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, high customer service, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale devices and sales systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Register guest details in the appropriate form and guide, direct, and accompany visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (*, pens, forms, and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
• Handle all tasks related to courier, such as receiving, sorting, and distributing daily deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook and other registers).
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing records of all follow-ups as required.
• Other duties as delegated by the Line Manager.
