Abdulwahab Al-Qarawi Commercial Group announces the availability of a Sales Representative position in several of its branches

Job Details:

• Welcoming all customers directly upon their entrance to the showroom.
• Maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to the official dress code.
• Keeping the workplace clean, organizing the stock room.
• Working with other department colleagues in the process of periodic inventory.
• Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of goods and existing brands.
• Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available means, and informing the customer of all new goods.
• Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve the issue, escalating the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.
• Handling return and exchange requests for all customers according to the established instructions.
• Following the company's security and safety instructions and fully cooperating with the security department.
• Working on attracting new customers, maintaining current ones, and encouraging previous customers to return and make purchases.
• Continuously organizing goods in the showroom and returning them to their normal position.
• Consulting the showroom manager on any issues that hinder work flow to resolve them.
• Following all instructions issued by management.

Educational Qualification:

• High school as a minimum.

Work Details:

• 48 hours per week.
• One day off per week.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 03 years in retail sales or related fields.
