About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Architect – Fit-Out to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on luxury hotel projects, ensuring all architectural requirements are coordinated and executed to meet design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
• Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams.
• Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury hotel fit-out design.
• Support HSE initiatives and site safety compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, specifically with fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated experience in luxury hotel projects is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on high-end luxury hotel developments.
