Senior Consultant Development Advisory

About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Consultant Development Advisory to join its Consulting, Strategy and Advisory team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the delivery of high-impact management consulting and transformation engagements. The Senior Consultant will take ownership of defined workstreams, translating complex organizational and operational challenges into clear, evidence-based, and implementable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across strategy, transformation, operating model, and organizational improvement engagements.
• Structure complex client challenges, undertake analysis, and translate evidence into clear insights, options, and practical recommendations.
• Support the design of Target Operating Models, organization structures, governance frameworks, and organizational capabilities.
• Undertake benchmarking, process assessment, and process re-engineering to identify opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Support transformation and change programs from diagnostic and design through implementation and benefits realization.
• Support program mobilization, governance, delivery planning, and program health checks as required.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Develop methodologies, work plans, analytical frameworks, and implementation roadmaps appropriate to assignments.
• Manage activities against agreed scope, program, and budget, identifying and escalating risks and issues.
• Coordinate and review inputs from Consultants, Analysts, and multidisciplinary specialists.
• Prepare high-quality reports, executive presentations, business cases, and other client deliverables.
• Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops, meetings, and working sessions.
• Present analysis, findings, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, methodologies, scopes, resource plans, and client presentations.
• Support senior colleagues in identifying and developing client opportunities.
• Contribute to Management Consulting methodologies, tools, benchmarks, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Coach and support Consultants, Analysts, and Graduates, contributing to knowledge sharing across the wider Advisory business.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience across several areas of management consulting, including:

Work Environment and Location

This role is based in Riyadh and will support projects across KSA and the wider Middle East and Africa region. The successful candidate will work as part of multidisciplinary teams alongside management consultants, strategists, program managers, economists, financial advisors, technical specialists, engineers, planners, and digital and data professionals. Travel may be required.
